I like digging into why users get stuck — whether that's a confusing onboarding flow, a buried feature, or a bug blocking signups entirely. I validate ideas quickly through prototyping and user testing, and I'm not precious about killing concepts that don't work.

Recently I've been exploring how AI tools can speed up research and prototyping, but the core of my work is still the same: understand the problem, test assumptions, and design solutions that actually help people.
